DO YOU WANT TO BUILD A FENCE, ADD GUTTERS OR PUT A SHED ON YOUR PROPERTY?

Crossgate Community Covenants require that homeowners wanting to add structures such as sheds, gutters, fences, etc., complete and submit an ARB form to the Board to approve, prior to the addition.

**At the June 30, 2020 Meeting, the Board voted to end the collection of the ARB fees ($35). **

Forms still need to be submitted for Board approval.

CODE ENFORCEMENT VIOLATION LETTERS

Beginning July 2020, code enforcement violation letters will be issued to Homeowners with minor infractions (tall grass, basic upkeep, etc.)

If you receive a Violation Letter, but need assistance due to health related reasons or other extenuating circumstances, please contact the Board within 3 days of notice and we will work with you to try and get your infractions corrected.

We are all in this together! As neighbors, we should always try to help each other!
